Two-Wheeled Vehicles

The two-wheeled-vehicle market presents producers and suppliers with a very particular set of challenges. Not only are production batch sizes much smaller than for cars (they are, in fact, comparable to truck production quantities), but product revisions (face-lifts) occur in cycles of only one to two years. Many of the connection elements are visible parts, meaning they must fulfill exacting design requirements in addition to qualitative criteria. We set ourselves the task of developing a connection element kit that can be used with various vehicle models, significantly reducing the variety of parts involved.
